mail to the same place in the same envolope. However, it is too late.
If your 140 will be approved in TSC soon, your 485 will be sent to TSC even
if you file it to NSC.
So, just wait for your 140 approval and then mail 485 by yourself.

那140已经寄出了，485还能紧接着寄到140的tsc地址么？

yes,you can, but you need to wait to get the receipt of your 140.
When you have it, just make a copy and put it in the 485 package. Explain
this situation clearly in the cover letter.
