It seems that they acknowledged my other 2 claims (authorship and review):
Submit evidence to establish how the alien's work is considered original and
how it has made a major contribution of significance to the field of
medical science and medical research compared to all others in the field.
Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Self Ding.
Basics: >25 papers. 1st author: about 20. Independent citations: over 160.
No media reports. All original research was conducted quite a while ago.
Now in the biopharma industry with some recent publications in the clinical research area (It seems to be hard to claim "original" in clinical area - That's one of the challenges for me to address).
Especially, what parameters do we need to collect in order to prove "compared to all others in the field"?

Maybe you could list some unique experiments you did ( not necessarily
published, since you pub is passed), where you are the first one did those.
The use additional reference letter to support it.

I believe that your case was processed by this same IO. BTW, I emailed your
mailbox and asked for some suggestions on how you addressed "compared to
others in the field" specifically.
I checked several posts on RFE responses and am debating whether or not to list a couple of peers with similar background (working in the biopharma industry with fewer publications and citations) as a comparison or just use reference letters to specify that.
I am still looking for your suggestions based

First I did not get any email from you. Same officer as mine and my case was
approved more than 5 weeks ago.
Here is the outline of my response:
Dear Officer:
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for carefully reviewing
my case. Upon your request, I have enclosed the following evidences for
your question about:
I. My original research work and major contribution of significance to
the field.
II. Comparison to all others in the field of crop science.

Thanks very much for your posting.
Just to confirm: Did you just use one staff member from the top university
as an example to compare against? or several? What parameters did you use to
compare: number of publications and/or citations?
BTW: I emailed you the MITBBS mailbox.

Again, I did not get any email.
I used all the faculty in the department of my field.
I calculate the number of publication in 5 years for each faculty. and
compared with my publication record.
