Hi, Thanks very much! I have less than 3 years post-phd experience. So my
letter also justify my phd experience, which should be under (ii). But the
lawyer used the letter head as 203(b)(1)(B)(i).
Will it be all right?

填表没啥用吧。我填pp的时候用过一次。Section 203 啥的。
我放在petition letter里有用到。

Do you think that will be a problem for me to use 203(b)(1)(B)(i) as the
paper head for the letter? The final letter has already been sent to the
lawyer. He said it is ok. But I can not trust him since this is his mistake.
So sad about the typo:(

说实话我现在也不懂lz在说什么,i140表上就写着203(b)(1)(B), 这个(i)或者(ii)什么

我觉的就是203(b)(1)(B), 140和140 approval notice都是这么写的,从来没见过后面
有什么(i)或者(ii).
不过是小问题. 无所谓了.

Never trust your lawyer. My lawyear made a lot of mistakes in my petition
letter. Fortunately, I have a chance to read the letter before it is out.

Never trust your lawyer. My lawyear made a lot of mistakes in my petition
letter. Fortunately, I have a chance to read the letter before it is out.
