Help! EB1A RFE by TSC XM#1105# Immigration - 落地生根

绿卡真是折磨人啊！3月中提交的case被NOID了，claimed的三条全部被一个模板文件否
决，性别和专业都是错的。6月中回复NOID并且加了PP，心想横竖就是一个死活，正反
给个说法吧。结果又等来一个RFE by TSC XM＃1105。潜水了这么久很少看到被折磨两
回的，没想到自己是within this kind of SMALL percentage。。。
RFE很短，＃1105 只质疑了Contribution，但是并没有提到其他两条（authorship和
review）是否通过。大家的RFE有这种情况么？我在板上看到的case好像都是有明确表
示每一个claimed item是否accepted。RFE的全文如下：

You have a good chance to pass. I think the IO have the intention to let
you pass.

我觉得不提的两条应该是承认了吧?

bless!应该说好好回复的话，过的机会很大啊。
觉得还是要强调硬证据啊，你那么好的硬证据不用，去引一大段的reference很不划算
啊！至少你要坚持把硬证据的东西加进去，ＩＯ就喜欢看点比例，top多少的东东。

So you will only defend contribution and assume the other two are accepted?
My lawyer suggested to get two more recommendation letters, though I think
hard evidence is more important...

yes, I will just defend against each of his/her questions. I think it's a
relatively easy rfe to reply as most of the questions were very specific,
e.g. meeting sizes, big shots attending the meetings, expert
recognition...

这个律师好怪。通常法律写作的，大抵都喜欢用大标题，小标题，数字的。大家都喜欢
bullet points。不过，我个人就不喜欢把图表放到论述中去。我个人也喜欢用文字的。

真不敢相信这么强的case都没组织好。或许这个IO 就是喜欢发RFE吧。
既然强调了"documented evidence", 那明显的就是要拿硬证据拉。

你的律师有问题.
1a,按照老大讲的,主要是硬证据.甚至,极端点的ID讲,推荐信都不需要.
你律师搞的结构,先空话,再家推荐人讲话,完全是和EB1A背道而驰.

我想移民局审case的混乱程度，大家可以想象了：NOID之后RFE，每次都套用模板。我
估计这个IO根本就没有意识到，这是一个NOID的回复。
再组织一下材料吧。没什么证据好挖，IO不会介意你以前都交了什么的。

你的律师是帮你捡了个RFE. 大段地论述, 你以为IO会愿意看? 有硬证据为什么不用,
实在不行甩了律师自己做吧。俺老大提醒你一句，只要IO未提及YOU MET，这一条你
就要当成RFE来回复。所以俺老大认为你不能光是回复CONTRIBUTION。

I got RFE from same XM1105 and the RFE is very smilar to your case ( on
contribution) but the letter even shorter ( just the first paragraph of your
RFE)

I got RFE from the same person 1105.
He/she challenged 2 of my 4 claims with just one sentence for each, then
denied all the 4 claims when he/she got the responding letter!

我猜是1105拿了一堆PP的eb1，然后发了一堆没有目的的RFE，99%的可能是没有看材料
。把以前发过的，重新整理一下，发出去好了。
