目前还没有Phd degree，预计明年6月份吧。但是公司要求尽快入职，比如2,3月份，他
会影响H1B或者绿卡申请不？

Got a phone message saying that there is an update about my case. It says at the USCIS web site: "On July 2, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice." But I still have not received any mail. I also did not get an email notice. Could it be a false update on their web site? I learned from this board that it happens.

But if you start working while you are still enrolled in school before you
graduate, who will pay your tuition? If you have to pay tuition by
yourself, then the money you make from your job is even not enough for the
tuition.

好像毕业学期学费才3k

But if you start working while you are still enrolled in school before you
graduate, who will pay your tuition? If you have to pay tuition by
yourself, then the money you make from your job is even not enough for the
tuition.

这种每个学校都不一样的政策，应该去问问你所在的学校比较好
