比如我现在做financial analyst，打算一拿到H1B就开始申请绿卡（公司答应support
），是读
business school出来不能走什么E1B的，估计要等5年才能拿到绿卡。
那在等绿卡的过程中，能换公司吗？听说公司可以换，但工作类型不能换？比如我换到
别的公司做
finance manager可以吗？

I have submitted my Eb1-a without PP to TSA for over 5 months, and have not
yet gotten any response. Is this normal? Should I take any action to track
it?

当然可以换工作
绿卡重新申请就是了
140批了之后换工作可以保留PD
有空多到移民版看看吧
现在EB2/3得等很长很长时间
可能的话尽量早开始申请吧

所谓等很长很长时间，就是大概多久呢？

Now the processing time at NSC is short.

以目前的情况
如果没有任何政策变化或是抽风性事件发生
一般估计是5-10年

不是说正常处理时间是4个月吗？可以让律师催催，如果是由律师办的。

我的EB1A在TSC 7个月，律师做了service request后，给了RFE.我的估计是可能递交的
材料组织的不太好。以前板上的大侠们也提出过类似结论。BLESS.
