本来H1B身份，人在国内，没有AP.
查过USCIS的规定，是合法的。
本来准备去申请H1B VISA 进去美国。
现在收到485批准的email notice, 还需要去签证吗？
不去签证，靠什么可以进入美国？
去大使馆申请签证，会不会被拒？
