Zhang Law would like to take my case, while Liu Law didn't recommend me to
file at this moment.
My case is very weak.
Field: Statistics, General
Publications: 4 (most recently) + 1 citation (extremely difficult to get
citation in my field, unlike biostatistics)
Review: 14 for 5 journals
Membership: Sigma Xi, American Statistical Association
Really weak case. Just the EB2 is too slow.
Any idea and if Zhang Law really thought through my case?

weak case自己花500块钱试试就行了
没必要浪费钱
