买了个面包机，　其实主要想发面，做pizza dough, 因为儿子对外面作的东西，加玉
米stach de , 都过敏。　看着面包机带的方子，要求用bread flour 做面包，或
pizza dough.
还有，yeast 也是必须的吧？
不要笑我，家里从小没有做过面食。如果不是因为儿子过敏，　我这辈子可能也不会去
想到自己做面包或蛋糕的，　太不值了。。。。。。。孩子改变了我的价值观。。。。

国际会议的Presentation & Proceeding: 6 （一作）
杂志: 3 (1 journal publication is recommended by conference as special issue
)（一作）
Book chapter: 1 （一作）
其他会议的poster 若干。
今年做过一个国际会议的session chair,session 里面有差不多9个talk吧
去年做过一个国际会议的program committee 和 reviewer
差不多3年时间里给杂志和会议审过: 30个稿子
奖项：今年的国际会议给了一个archievement awards.不过奖状看上去不是特别fancy
。是防伪纸加个塑封皮而已。。汗。。
还有其他的会的Travel grants，一共3个吧
专利：美国的provisional patent 刚approve.德国专利一个

Of course you can. The result is less desirable but you can add other high-
gluten/面筋 ingredients (such as barley/rye flour) to compensate for it.
You can also use all purpose flour to replace baking flour to make cakes but
bread flour will usually fail at cakes.
Allergic to corn starch could due to GMO corn. Look for "Bob's red mill"
brand. They sell non-gmo corn starch.

玉米过敏。可怜，美国几乎所有甜食，都放的是high fructose corn syrup. 连白面包
里都常有。幼儿园小朋友过生日，我儿子只能坐在边上看别人吃cup cake. 连老师都同
情他，所以督促我们自己做，小朋友过生日时，我们给他带自己家做的蛋糕，pizza 之
类的。。。
我们家本来不吃面食的，偶尔买个蛋糕之类的。现在都得学了。我连基本知识都没有。
。。。做了3 次蛋糕，都硬的像面包。儿子直接说：太难吃了。。。
谢谢大牛们了。yeast 哪里买阿？

pat pat。真可怜。。。
yeast哪儿都有。最便宜的应该是costco，三块多吧，怒大一袋，可以用好多年。

you can try. citation for computer science is tough, but based on citation
statisitcs, you can say this is fine.
judge of the others work is very good.

I am a CS phd graduated in 2008. I got 100 citations totally, and 60
independent citations. 10 citations is too few

实力不均。 REVIEW够了， CONTRIBUTION凑合， AUTHORSHIP奇弱。 EB1A希望不大，
EB1B有八成以上的把握。

我帮一个CS的朋友找过citation，scopus上只有10个，google scholar上有70个，你仔
细学习一下老大的精华帖子，再好好找找？
