On November 17, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

pp后参照板上前人总结的规律,16号的LUD（第三次LUD了）后，没有通过的通知，以为一定要NOID了。还挺伤感的。感觉花时间精力准备了这么多材料，白费了。17号140,485 同时LUD，我想完了，直接拒了，所以485也LUD了。已经在告诉自己心里一定要坚强要顶住。这种长时间努力奋斗的事情做不成的挫折感太伤人了。不想同时所有的表都批了(连同时file的NIW 140今天都批了)。这下，又得调整另一种心态，可见这个过程，多么磨练心志。

Review: 6次 from 2007-2010 (佩服牛人们几十个review,不是通讯作者,如何拿到review?自荐？)
Recommendation letter: 6 (2 independent) 感慨一下：要拿independent的信真难！

详细：
membership (IEEE senior, 没提Sigma Xi)
media report (ABC, FoxNews都有很好的连续三年的报道，但只提到XX学校的researchers/scientists,于是律师说不能要。只保留了有我名字的~20报道，开始觉得还挺可惜的，不过看来是对的)
award: 律师说都不是nationally recognized award，只能做辅助材料
contribution: 除了ISI的各种citation map 组合，律师让我打印了40+paper who cited my work, then highlight the exact sentences commenting on my work, then the lawyer chose half of them. 个人觉得这个挺有帮助说明contribution，推荐信虽好，不过毕竟是认识的人，不一定客观。
review work：自己觉得review 太少，不想claim. 不过律师说看如何表述，律师让我单独写了一份review list, 说明为什么自己会被选为reviewer due to the expertise in XX still/field (换不同的名词)，as evidenced by如下的paper and presentation，然后列上这因为的paper and presentation （列不同的paper/presentation,限制在3个以内for each review），这样这个review list 就变得很长了。
其实从2009年就联系律师，中间因为个人原因，拖沓了，律师后面不厌其烦的催，于是我断断续续的准备材料，有的推荐信都有一年了，看来也行。最后的petition letter自己也没看。从FedEx tracking 上看，律师寄了7.0lb /3.2kg 的材料。这里也感谢一下！
昨天485 批的时候，我的H1b visa （第一年）实际上已经过期10天了，看来也不影响。
我LP也是Ph.D. from U.S. university currently Postdoc,我们一直在不同城市，地址都不一样，昨天485也一起批了。看来这也没关系。
可以安心继续实验了，生活继续。
