会计系，OPT明年2月到期，准备申请今年的H1B。要是H1B没有批下来OPT已经到期了怎
么办？允许gap的存在吗？如果有，在美国是什么身份呢？另外驾照跟OPT同时到期，怎么续签驾照呢？谢谢！！

You can ask your school to apply cap I20 to cover between OPT and your H1B.
Or, the gap between OPT and H1b is 90 days, that's how long you can stay
here legally. Have to renew DL after you get your H1b approval notice.

搭车问一下，不是说好h1b每年只有固定时间发的吗？那如果是6月份h1b才能生效，有
90天也不够啊。
