Spent HKD 322.2 on 9/23 in Hongkong. shows it's 41.55(closing at .128976),
But the charges ends up at 42.21(using rate 0.130996). I guess that's buying
/selling difference? 42.21/41.55=1.015884, no 3% foreign transaction fee.
Cannot find the buying/selling ratio for HKD/USD
Another Yuan withdraw in CHina, BOA card at 建行, 8/14 noon, 2500 yuan
charged $394.96.looks fine.

I am applying for EB1B. I have a NSF grant. How should I include it into
my petition letter?

在香港用的discover的通道还是银联的通道?
rate应该在1/7.78左右.

you can give the ratio of the number of the people who get the NSF grant to
the total number of the people who submit the proposal. You can use this to support that you are one of the top 5% experts in your area.
