前一段都鼓励DIY，是因为现在太难了么？我本来想自己弄,一看版上的形势又犹豫了.
大家有什么建议?

DIY不DIY一要看你的英文写作能力，二要看你有没时间，三要看你对移民知识的理解
及整理材料的能力

我的主要问题是时间,想在3-4个月后递上去,但同时实验室和家里事情也很多.写东西要
推敲,怕来不及.但是平时evidence都注意积累，自己写会比律师convicing.
老大及其他过来人能点拨一下吗？谢谢。

my impression is that hiring a lawyer won't save you too much time

If you have applied and won an R01 completely by yourself, you can handle
140 easily.
Otherwise, an attorney would be very helpful.

If guess most of the ppl get GC before then get R01.

If you qualification is way above requirement, you can use a lawyer to save
your time. If your qualification is marginal, using a lawyer may cost you
the case
