应该不行。
我看过I907的instruction,其中提到：“only the petitioner
or applicant who filed the petition ... may request PP.” 你只能算是
beneficiary,不能算是petitioner 或 applicant。所以你要PP的话，I907的part1里面
都得填学校负责人信息，最后也得请学校负责人签字，跟140里一致。
