我的号周围有大量transfer，在2月3号。我的PD是8月3号。
但不知是哪一个类别的。
希望TSC能快一点。

还能transfer，是主动要求？还是被动被transfer的？

不知道啊，所以上来问问，以前有过这种情况么？
我的号周围大约有30%左右的transfer。大概如下
Initial Review
On February 3, 2011, we transferred this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION
FOR ALIEN WORKER to our LINCOLN, NE location for processing and sent you
a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided
on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If
you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address
online tool to update your case with your new address or call our
customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the
applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed
either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to
submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the
applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are
national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the
application/petition for fraud indicators

我monitor的六七月份的140case也有转的，但是比例不高。

听说转到NSC比较不幸，NSC比TSC要严一些。
