I am preparing DIY EB1b. I have reviewed many recommendation letters. Just
got a question regarding to the recipient of the recommendation letters.
Some say Homeland security; some say INS, some say Department of Immigration
, some say department of justice. why are they so different? does it matter
at all? which one is used in an immigration lawyer's rl template?
