暑假的时候收到邀请申的，正好要买个大件，一下子达到了拿Thankyou点数的花费并付
清余款就搁在一边了。结果这几天总是收到Citi的电话，我还以为是SPAM，这可好，电
邮和平信都来了，要讨论如何付款问题。上网一查，女儿的课外班居然在两个月前在卡
里扣了50刀学费，我们其实早就不上了，这是最后的余额，隔了好久才charge上去。
就因为这50刀，我已经错过两个付款周期了，Citi告诉我他们每30天就向三大公司汇报
一次的，这次是不是真的很惨啊？话说monthly statement应该是electronic的，我是
没收到，可能进junk mail了。
问问各位版上大牛：除了认栽，还有什么补救办法吗？

就是觉得很亏啊，哪能想到突然冒出来的一笔charge，而且确实没有收到statement。

很多公司都是每两个月report一次的。
不用着急，早点付了就好了。然后买个credit report看看。

印象中，有个CSR告诉我什么几个月late payment才会报告，所以跟你说的CSR可能也是
play safe, not necessarily mean you have been reported. 最好的方法，也是唯一
的方法就是，马上还上，然后弄份free credit report看看。感觉很大可能是这个东西
还没报告。

是啊，离30天差一天的时候电话打过来了，不过怎么听起来都像SPAM，要我的checking
account information to make payments right away。唉，应该认真听听的。

现在那个account连“Secure Message”那个option都被disabled了，其他信息一律没
有了，Thankyou points（应该还有四万多）也看不到了，希望不会就此被没收了。
我另外一个account就什么都显示得好好的。问客服，说钱已经收到了，但网上还是显
示着late payment。

No absolute, as far as I know and was told.
It depends on the bank policy, which I doubt they would like to deteriorate
the relationship so quickly.
Here are some quote:
"Some hold off on reporting an account as delinquent until it reaches 60
days late. In this situation, a 30-day late will have no impact on the score

反正就是赶紧付了，过两月整个报告看看，没有就是运气好
