H1B超过6年了，140批了，现在H1B是三年一延。如果换工作，transfer的H1B还是整整
三年吗？还是少于三年？多谢回答！

Is that your 140 is based on the current employer? How can you transfer your
H1-B after 6 years?
I thought you will lose the 140 and Perm based on your current employer if
you moved to other employer and that is one reason so many people stuck on
the original company, please correct me if I am wrong.
In fact, my H1-B is going to end my 6 year period and I got my 140 EB2
approved, and can not looking for new job just based on the above reason.
If you get information from lawyer that my thought was wrong, please let me
know and it will be very helpful...

I thought you will lose the 140 and Perm based on your current employer if
you moved to other employer and that is one reason so many people stuck on
the original company, please correct me if I am wrong.
In fact, my H1-B is going to end my 6 year period and I got my 140 EB2
approved, and can not looking for new job just based on the above reason.

如果EB1B或者排期到了, 加上递交485超过180天了, 就可以.

I thought I read it somehwere we still can transfer H1B after 6 years with
I140 approved. But you perm has to restart. Now you questioned me, I am not
so sure any more.

I140 approved. But you perm has to restart. Now you questioned me, I am not
