did anyone use citi aa to buy Vanilla but the transaction was denied by citi?
tried to use citi visa but was denied. then I tried citi amex went through
but received a text from citi fraud dept. and I texted back, later it
replied " thank you for cofirming this charge. you card is now available for
use.
it seems buy VC $1000 is too large amount for citi.
