I have received some pre-evaluation form from a recruiter where I was asked
to rank my C/C++/Java skills with a number from 1-10. I suspect that this
could be from a recruiter. The recruiter did mention that the form is from
his client company.

我N年前第一次面试时，最后一个面的是老印director。Project问题问完后，说：What would you rank yourself on C language？1-10。我想怎么还有这问题？脱口而出说：10。他说
：So you feel very confident。I like people who feel confident。后来拿到
Offer：）

是啊，这个问题该怎么回答啊？我刚被问道，有没有什么办法测试自己到底啥水平啊？
顺便贡献一道没有答好的C++题
写个Fibonacci的程序，要求在compile time得到结果
因为我当时说自己大概水平是5，大家关书写一些看看语法还记得吗？
