说得很对，律师只是一个guide，其实大部分事情还是要自己做。
律师只是最后的厨师，材料还是要自己准备，相同的材料，不同的厨师做出来的东西不
一样，同样，没有材料，再牛的厨师也没有办法。

i don't think so. That's why some lawyers have much better reputation than
other lawyers.
