My 485 receipt shows the category is: Employment based 1st, but my 140 is EB1a. So, I think they might take all EB1 as employment based.

I filed EB1A and NIW. My attorney concluded an employment letter when filing EB1A. She says for EB1A, you need to prove that you are going to continue to work in the field where you claim you have extraordinary ability. So employment letter can meet this requirement.
