Same thing happened to me. I got the second FP notice right after I did my
FP. I wrote a letter to the address on my FP appointment and asked weather I
have to do FP again. They called me soon after they have received my letter
and confirmed that I do not need to do FP again. It is another common
mistake that USCIS make.
