Yes, you can.
My friend has such a media report plus several NewsRX reports. He claimed
authorship, contribution and media report. He got approved.
If you are in top universities, almost all your publications will be
reported by NewsRX and Highbeams. Paper being discussed by Nature is
certainly much much better than NewsRX.
