Just applied and got approved with $5000 credit line.
报告一下，刚刚通过LIVE CHAT批准了。
有一张老的AMEX Thankyou Preferred 卡，还有点担心会不会批，看来没问题。但是其
他CITI卡的额度太高了，CS说只能给2000，但是可以从其他卡挪一些过来。最后要了
5000 CL，应该够用了。

今天收到的RFE认为我的条件只满足一条authorship。要我补充一些有关citation和
original contribution的材料。我的问题是，即使我现在补充了这些材料，如果在
Totality上出问题，移民官还会发RFE吗？还是直接拒？谢谢

请问一下，这样移动CL会对信用记录有影响么？谢谢～

140 rfe以后再次rfe我没听说过，一般是过或者拒。只听说过485的二次rfe。
个人意见，也许有个例。。

应该没有影响吧。跟你自己申请不一样。

Indeed, a second 140 RFE is rare.
Well, I know a case where the first 140 RFE was on totality, the second 140
RFE was on research experience, and it was finally approved.
Whatever the RFE is, try your best to answer it. However the result comes
out, that's out of your control, and let it be. But I wish you the best!

Most often yes, but there are cases that the IO who checks the RFE is not
the same IO who sent out the RFE.
Whatever it is, make your RFE package a complete package by itself and
strengthen your contribution presentation.

赞同，刘姥姥的网页上说没特殊情况的话，谁rfe，谁继续审。。。
