北美 PHD,考过医生，现在在临床工作。
PUBLICATION 少的可怜， 3journal papers, 3 book chapters, 8 conference
abstracts, citation <50.
没有 review, 有一个可大可小的奖。
我查了一下，我们专业的 productivity本身就很低，平均 3个
publications, 24citations (但rank之间差距极大， instructor 基本无
publication, 但大牛多到 >200)。
我想 claim:
1. publications
2. contribution (重点强调我的一个结果被临床使用，我的 book
chapter 被其他学校当成 teaching material)
3. award
然后强调一下我的 publication 高过 average, 证明 totality.
请各位大侠看看有没有可能

This is a typical NIW case. I didn't know that average researchers in the
field of medical science have only 24 citations, I had thought it would be >
100.

找版头的刘宗昆，张哲瑞免费评估一下。前者说yes，成功率很大。后者说no，基本没
有希望。--- 本人只说话不负责
你的奖如果能被IO接受，还是有些希望的。其它两项看你的包装了，contribution 应
该说本身就不是那么弱。

haha,连张哲睿都能说no的人？那真是罕见。估计海轮不到贴住。刘宗困是猛拒人的。
两个人之间的range很大。

if you can convince the IO to accept this as you claim it as award, you may
have a chance.

哪个奖的话，看你是否能提供足够的证据来证明这个奖是只有牛人才能得的！

证明contribution不全靠citation.

I don't know much about doctors.
For nurses, it's heard that they often go for a special category in NIW, "
Physician National Interest Waiver", right? Doctors should be more eligible
in that category, right?
For EB1A, there need to be three claims, and perhaps the award has to be
there, and it's important how it's presented to show its prestige. Also, is
there any media report? AprilSummer and several IDs used to claim some large
paragraphs in some review papers (those are indeed professional
publications) as media report, and they got the 140 approved.
