本人现在博后，拿着non-profit organization的H1B，已经递交Eb-1A 140申请。
现有工业界的工作机会，需要转成O-1签证。
现在有以下问题：
（1）我这样的情况，拿到O-1的概率有多大？
（2）对我这种情况O-1的申请和绿卡申请会不会有冲突？如果 O-1 签证被拒，会不会
影响我Eb-1A 的申请？
（3）如果O-1被拒，会不会影响我现在的H1B？
（4）对于我这种情况，如何做才是比较安全的？还需要注意些什么？

See below some of my experience. But I think you should probably get a
lawyer to help you through the process.

It is my understanding that the O-1 standards are a little lower than those
of EB-1A.
It should not. I submitted my NIW prior to O-1 application. But that was
several years ago and not sure if anything changed since.
It should not. But you would have to think about the potential overlap
between your H1 and O1. My school considered my H1 became invalid when O-1
became effective even though my laywer didn't agree.
