3岁，在家说的很多，会说流利中文和和很多英语句子，英语从幼儿园学的。
2岁多去的幼儿园，可就是在幼儿园或朋友家不愿意张口。
有小朋友来家里玩，也不说话也不喜欢和人玩。只是看着。
只有单独和我在一起的时候才说，比如在朋友家去厕所的时候。
问为什么，说害怕，只想和mommy玩。
怎么增加小朋友的安全感和自信心？
我尝试有几天每次邀请一个小朋友来，结果总是玩不成，又粘着我，之后几天上

学校答应sponsor Eb1B。现在申请可能这个月底或者下个月交上去，但是在犹豫要不要

If you don't PP, then use concurrent 485. Both costs similarly (PP: 1225,
485: 1070), and concurrent filing seems to make 140 response come a bit
quicker as well, let alone the green card comes quicker than filing 140
alone.

Also, the PP fee is a fee that is spent without any other return, but the
485 fee is something you need to spend later anyway. With concurrent filing
and if your 140 is approved, then that's all you need to pay.

如果concurrent filing485，但是不想律师交485. 该这么处理？

You can let the lawyer file the 140 first, wait for the 140 receipt notice (
maybe it takes a week to come, but make sure that you get a copy), and send
in 485 by yourself with that 140 receipt.
For EB1B, one receipt is sent to the university, and one courtesy copy of
the receipt is sent to the lawyer. You could perhaps get the one from the
university, or you can ask the lawyer to scan the receipt to you. Can you
talk to him first to make sure that he will do so?

你当初签约的时候没有提到485么？我的律师都不给我办485，说太简单了，我自己办就
好了，他也不愿意赚我那个钱。我们签约只签的140。
所谓concurrent，其实也是分两步走的，我的140是e-file的，收到收据后才能寄出485。

你要是不准备马上走人的话，可以分开弄， 也就查2-3周，pp的话
140批了，立马交485，体检什么的都可以先做
