Since I already paid a huge amount of legal fee, and my lawyer failed my EB1
-B case. He is willing to do NIW for free for me, but just repackage it.
Do I need to get another set of reference letters? That is the most
difficult part. Thanks a lot!

两个要求不一样吧
感觉推荐信强调的也不一样

The requirements for NIW are a little different from EB1B. So the wording in
the letters for these two types of petitions can be different. Unless you
have written "universal" recommendation letters, which applies to both cases
, otherwise, it is better to revise the first set of letters.

I think it is easier and better for you to file your EB1B again without your
current lawyer or with the help of a better lawyer. You still can use your
earlier letters, plus several international recommenders' letters.
