Thinking of file a complaint to the Attorney Bar Association against my old lawyer-any advice?# Immigration - 落地生根

My case just got denied last week, and we got the decision letter.
My lawyer said if I want to appeal, I need to pay him 1500 legal fee.
I already paid him 4500 for I-140 plus 1500 for RFE response.
And they had some unprofessional conducts:
1) It took them 1.5 years to get my case ready (They wouldn't do anything
unless I sent them multiple emails to push)
2) They usually responded to my email within 4 to 7 days.
3) And my RFE response deadline was Nov. 24 (TG day). Despite that I told
him many times that I didn't want to wait till the last minute, they still
waited till Nov. 23rd to send out the RFE response
4) They promised to file H1-B for me before the quota run out, but they
failed to do so. They didn't even tell me that the quota was out, I found
out and asked them.
Please let me know what you guys think. I'd really appreciate any advice.
Thanks a lot!
