I maintain a full non-pp 140 list as well. I also develop an app to search
the case status. Your statistic is really better than mine.

Between Sept 5 and Sept 30, there are 280 applications. For some of them, I can't
tell whether they are PP-ed or not. In any case, 30 of these cases were
approved/RFE-ed/denied in December.
