还是要根据申请人的工作地点寄送到相应的center去？

在I907form的instruction提到
“If you are requesting Premium Processing Service on Form I-140 for a
preference category that is Premium Processing eligible, file Form I-140
together with Form I-907 at either the USCIS NSC or TSC, depending on the
location of the beneficiary's permanent employment."
这里的解释不适用于Efile么？
