需要
documentation to establish that there is a qualifying offer of employment.
申请的时候递上了学校的ad 还有 petition letter 说了 permennant job.
就是没有 employment verification letter 但是有contrac
还有
it must be shown that the petitioner has offered the beneficiary a
qualifying offer of employment. The petition letter must be addressed to the
beneficiary, and must have been written prior to the filing of the petition.

这个到底需要什么？
是不是学校工作证明？

The requested document is the job offer letter addressed to you, but not the
employment verification letter addressed to USCIS.
However, your contract should be it, and the IO may have overlooked it.
To answer that, it's safer to submit both the offer letter and the
employment verification letter though.

这个和批了没啥区别
交个job offer，保险点再上一个EVL，学校hr可以办

offer letter就是学校写给你的一个letter，EVL就是学校写给USCIS的一个letter。

如果是postdoc, 不是permanent position
说服导师和学校改成 research associate 之类的
那offer letter怎么办?
写一个新的？日期不对啊？
难道改title，注当时的日期？这样会不会被认为作假，出问题啊？

重新写一个吧。日期又不重要。只要是在你交申请之前就行了吧。

直接上EVL，表乱改官方文件，要改也找发你letter的人重新作一份，两分钟的事儿

当然不是自己改官方文件
就是要学校弄。
因为当初的offer是post doc
所以肯定不能用了吧？
所以只能用EVL?
大家postdoc都是这么弄的？

我可以去校长办公室要以前的合同吗？
我们合同都是一年一签。他们应该有这个合同.
再加上 evl

be careful about "qualifying offer of employment"
Post-doc, or contract job is not a qualifying job for EB1B purpose.

哎我也不知道怎么弄啊
都是一年一年的签。还有工作合同写着permenant?
但是 tenure tracking 的。
希望不要拒了啊
