我opt 今年12月份到期，然后H1b也办下来了已经，我现在签证是F1签证，明年2月份
到期（我opt期间去过第三国家，所以在当地拿了一张美国签证），我想问如果我下个
月回国的话，还用签证吗，应该是拿这张签证就可以了吧，反正我EAD也没过期，我回
美国过海关就不说H1B的事情，就直接拿I20,EAD CARD，就行了吧，不知道发在这里合
不合适，斑竹手下留情

要是我的话就不算。如果你一定要算，可以说补邀请了几次，实际审了几次。

H1b也办下来了已经
Does the H1 approval I-797 have I-94? If it does, your F1 OPT is canceled
on the I-94 start date if you remain in USA past that start date. You need
to leave US before H1 start date so you are never H1.
But if H1 is without I-94 (COS not approved), your H1 will not automatically
start and your F1 OPT continues.

If the journal is very good, then use it in the "Contribution" Section,
instead of the "Review" section. The letter can be used to demonstrate your
international recognition. You can claim that you are very famous. However,
you cannot claim that you have reviewed the manuscript. Just my 2 cents.
