最近被一猎头骚扰，我对他推荐的公司比较感兴趣，猎头问我目前薪水，应该怎么回答
？是给准确数还是给一个范围？另外我目前的薪水比那个职位的薪水低3-4万，我如果
报我的薪水，会不会他们给OFFER的时候只是在我目前薪水的基础上增加一小部分？

终于把另外两部分的草稿给弄完了，剩下contribution这个硬骨头，这一部分写多少合
适？5-10页？另外两部分的草稿就差不多已经12，13页了。。。

Just for your reference only:
My EB1A PL:
publication: ~7 pages;
review: ~7 pages;
contribution: ~14 pages.
Altogether ~15 tables and figures. PP approved in 7 days.

你是生物postdoc吧
工资比工业界低一些很正常，他们应该理解
大概说个范围就成了，猎头不会太在意的

多谢多谢，看来我还得向15pages努力。。
不过我可能没那么多tables and figures

You're the most welcome. My suggestion would be to write very long PL first,
packing in all highlights/accomplishments of your work. During your many
rounds of revisions, you can then delete the materials that you feel are not
too strong. At the end, you will have a concise PL with many strong pieces
of evidence.
Also a friendly reminder: just in case you change your mind and want to add
the deleted materials back in, please be sure to save your revisions
frequently, so that you can go back to earlier versions if necessary.
