Vanguard: Newly hired employees are automatically enrolled at 3% of pay.
Employees are able to stop automatic enrollment within the
first 31 days from their date of hire. Employee may contribute pre-tax and/
or after-tax (ROTH) contributions up to 75% of pay, up to IRS
maximum. Company match is 100% on the first 6% of pay (of employee
contribution).
Health Care Flexible Spending
Account (FSA)
PayFlex: Pre-tax dollars set aside to reimburse for eligible health care
expenses. Maximum annual employee contribution is $4,000/year.,
with a 50% Company match on the first $2,000 for a total of $5,000/year.
感觉太低了啊,如果不能negotiate到65K的话,估计就据了,各位怎么看
