周一查过１１月初的一些NON PP１４０。一共查了５０多个CASE。３１个在INITIAL
REVIE。今天周５又查了一遍这３０多个INITIAL REVIEW的CASE，其中一个收到了REF，
５个APPROVED。还剩２５个INITIAL REVIEW的。看来移民局在MOVE求BLESS我的早日
APPROVE！

有可能。但是应该不会都是。大多数都是２月底３月初批的。已经等了４个月了很少人
会去追加PP的吧。 ANYWAY， BLESS ALL OF US！

我同事的NIW１０月中交的１月底批的。我们就晚交了１０来天到现在还PENDING还没法
PP。 TSC

用了配偶名额。４８５一起递的。AP，EAD早批了。一直不敢用。最近PAPER多了４篇，
引用多了５０个。很想TRY下 EB１A。但是NIW又等了这久了。哎。好心焦

your 485 is always current, then you will get your green card very soon ah!

Multiple 140s do not interfere with each other.

I added PP too. Have to do H1b extension soon. Then I got approved within
1wk even with a RFE.

至少我就知道一个这样的例子

oh, I see. Your LD filed it concurrently. So if you file a new 140, and also
concurrently, I remember seeing some case on this board that the new EAD
may not be approved, since an old EAD is in effect. However, there's also
another case on this board that an ID filed NIW and EB1B together, and she
gets two EADs.
Big bless to your LD's case! If he gets it approved, then things will all be
fine!

５个月可以接受。我的心理准备是半年。只要不把我们的留一边不管就OK。 BLESS！

我的NIW是11/22递的，2月底批的。递NIW同时也递了NON-PP的EB1-B,目前还没有消息
。大家觉得我的两个CASE会不会落到同一个IO手里啊？ CASE比较弱，很担心EB1-B，也
不敢上PP，目前H1-B第二年。
