485 instruction: spouse, parent of a US citizen with an approved I 130 or
form I 130 filed together with this form I 485, check box a on the form.
我在申婚姻绿卡，老公是公民，我是130 485一起填的，所以我觉得我应该选 a
485 box a： an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available
immigrant visa # that has been approved. 但是has been approved 指的是什么呢
？备注里面说 attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special
immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military visa petition file with
this application that will give you an immediately available visa #， if
approved. 请问这个是让提交什么东西呢？
谢谢啦，我看了好几遍实在看不明白。

没有做过婚姻绿卡，但是这一项很明显是说你的130已经批准了的情况。

谢谢回答，我130 485是想一起提交的，所以谈不上130被批准，看来我得找律师问问。

It's talking about the visa number. You can file 130 and 485 together, as
the visa number for the spouse of a citizen is always available.

我选的是a 老婆不会中文所以全靠我自己上网搜答案
上周刚寄走你最近要寄出的话我们可以比较timeline
另外标题的JMS 是什么缩写

When you apply the 485 together with the 130, you need nothing extra.
If you apply for 485 later than 130, you need the 130 receipt or 130
approval notice.
