12月中旬交的485，一月中旬FP，然后2月10号批了131，但一直到现在都没有card
production，485更是在Initial review，是不是该打电话骚扰一下USCIS了？
“On February 10, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this
I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions
on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283.”

Yes，I applied and got approved and received the card.

it looks like you have a "combo card". check the bottom of your ead card.

but my LD received the AP document, and the I131 status shows "card/document
production"

that's odd. but it does not matter. you may use your combo card as your re-e
ntry permit. no problem.
