It might be hard. But think this way, without commercialization proofs of
the Patent, you will not claim contribution of that.
by the way, if indeed you did all the research of that patent, can request
your advisor to add your name .

最多让老板出个证明，但是，没你的名字还是说不过去啊。如果专利没有商业化，老板
的推荐信里泛泛提提就罢了。
