一件40块钱的衣服，买家收到货都半个月了，衣服根本没问题，买家先说not as
described,然后说factory second, defective item, 然后我同意换一个但是不同意退
，我在卖的帖子里是说清楚地no return。他dispute，说not as described,ebay很快
就判他赢。感觉很没道理啊，是不是ebay一般偏袒买家啊？

对，虽然我是seller,我还是觉得ebay太不保护买家了。任何一个交易网站，首先有
buyer,其次才有seller.
buyer is god,这句话不是随便说说的。一个buyer,他碰到一次不愉快地经历，以后就
不会再来了。相反，如果他经历了一次纠纷，而受到了保护，绝对会增加他以后再次网
站shopping的信心。长期下来，seller和网站都受益
