填485表格遇到几个问题，请有经验的人回答。谢谢。
1。一个问题：Current Immigration Status。应该填H1B, 还是Temporary worker啊。
2。H1B最高可以到6年，但当前的总共持续3年，是按照目前的I-797 上面的填，还是按
照开始日期，自己加6年来填。
3。另外，140批准后再准备485，大概需要多少时间？体检和出生证明已经准备了。
Finger Print 能不能提前准备好啊，还是只能等？

1. Temporary worker
2. Not sure what you are asking
3. You need an employment verification letter. Usually you need a copy of
your I-140 approval notice, though someone mentioned I-140 approval email
was okay too but I am not sure. Besides these, the completion of the I-485
form (I-131 and I-765 if you want) will not take 2 hours. Since you already
have the I-693 and birth certificate, you can send them out. You cannot do
the finger print early, which needs an appointment letter from the USCIS.

多谢回答，呵呵。我第2个问题是，一般来说，人用H1B顶多用6年，6年后如果没有绿卡
，身份就非法了，因为H1B不能再延长。
但是，很少有单位一下子就帮着申请6年的，一般都是3年，3年后如果有需要，单位同
意，可以续3年。
我现在就是先申请的3年的，H1B开始于10/01/2010,结束于09/30/2013。

呵呵，谢谢，2也是我的估计，就是不100%确定，所以问问。
