我现在是full time H1b，秋季就要去full time school同时part time work，但是寒
暑假还都是full time工作，请问这种情况能保持现在的H1b吗？还是要申请part time

if you are working with the same employer, you may not have to file a new
H1b for this part-time job...IF they are different employer, the new
employer must file H1b for you.
BTW, you are allowed to work for two employers,with 2 H1b approval.

you have to file H1b amendment and the school may not allow part time h1 to
be full time student.
