抱歉，版上一堆红鸟这，红鸟那的，我也来添乱。不过我就是想知道版上有没有跟我一
样的人，有没有解决办法。
Timeline:
2/25(Wedn): Loaded 1K using chase credit card at my local Target store.
Register printed two receipts (probably many of you have known): one normal-
looking receipt but showing "NEW BAL: N/A", the other was the error message,
"This transaction can't go through right now...".
回来看online没有显示这笔load，注意到这个版和flyertalk上很多人报同样问题，所
以打算等待看看。希望要么这笔钱会被退回，要么最终出现在账户上。
两天后，那个load transaction已经在信用卡上posted了。
目前，还是即没有credit card上refund，也没有红鸟上显示这笔钱。To sum up, I
don't know where the 1K has gone.
我考虑的途径：
1. 继续等待。
2. dispute transaction with chase
3. 跟红鸟联系(看Flyertalk上说都是一群没什么权限的印度人）
4. 跟local Target联系。但是当时那个managers就试图void，没成功，不知道现在他
们还能做什么。
请问这个版上有跟我一样的，且通过自身努力解决了的吗？我了解有人24或者48小时后
账户就自动更新对了，但我显然不是那群Lucky的。
P.S. 我看到回帖中有人提到出现了load但又被reverse的情况，这个我也在flyertalk
里看到了。不过我明确一下，我的情况不同，红鸟账户上根本就没有任何activity (
neither load nor reverse)，就如同啥事都没发生过一样。但话说回来，估计原因都
是一样，都是他们的烂系统mess up了，还mess的千奇百怪。BTW，我在flyertalk上还
看过幸运的mess up，简单的是有人过了24-48hr就显示对了，有人再次load新钱然后就
显示对了。无论怎样，这些都是happy ending。俺们这个是还在倒霉中。。。

我给父母申请绿卡，已经发出面试信，但是面试的日期，我们正好不在美国，请问怎么
改期，是打电话比较好，还是本人去local USCIS的面试点改比较好呢？有没有经验分
享？
另外，分享一下我给父母申请绿卡的timeline(NSC)
4/9 寄出申请
4/12 receipt
5/11 finger print 通知
6/6 按照指定日期打指纹
6/15 USCIS寄出面试信
7/24 面试

dispute吧
如果你是像我一样，红鸟那边没进钱，反而扣了钱，信用卡那边并没有任何变化，我到
现在还没有办法。AMEX和target都联系了，target直接说没有权限更改或查询任何
transaction，红鸟那群白痴老印，什么都解决不了，还乱编里有搪塞...

pat pat. 我不幸之中也在庆幸用的是信用卡而不是visa gift card，否则估计连
dispute的权利都没有。
不过你说扣了钱，信用卡里却没有变化，连Pending transaction都没有？那可不可以
理解就是至少没损失？我这个是真的$1K went no where了。
话说回来，这个是我第二次load红鸟，之前一直偷懒说家旁边的Target没有这个卡。后
来经网友提醒一查，身边这个Target确实没有，但是隔壁Target就有。。。所以月初才
弄了一个，结果就遇到这事，嗯，挺圆满的。

我的信用卡没少钱，但是红鸟里的钱少了，连个dispute其他家信用卡的机会都没有...
我出这个问题是我第一次往红鸟里load钱的时候

我也遇到的，是26号。本来是一笔850的，小二听错了，输入的800，我用的500gc+
300cc，没问题。后一笔单独50，用的cc，出现balance n/a，但是下面显示load了50，
cc收款50，但是同时出来一张小条子，说这笔交易没成功。因为之前fia load有时候也
被decline，我怀疑也有这种可能。小二让我保存两张条子，有问题去找他。回家查红
鸟，发现一个-50，两个50，fia pending50.目前没发现其他问题

我问客服，我的账上少了500，你们调查过了，说商家说是一个authorized
transaction，那我到底买了啥
人家就是查不到，商家也无法提供，但是商家说你买了东西，所以钱就不换给你了
这个根本不需要深层吧，这不应该是行业标准吗，消费者认为某笔消费有问题，信用卡
公司向商家要求消费记录，如果商家无法提供，那就是商家问题

我们现在参了个program租Lego，每月$15，就象Netflix那样，对方寄过来，玩好再寄
回去。一般每周末都有玩的.
这个解决了Lego买得太多不好收拾及超支的问题。只是寄过来的东西有的比较简单，可
能不一定是小孩最感兴趣的。
小孩玩Lego,能够自己玩很久，大大解放了大人。从这个意义上支持他玩。

手的协调性

再说，量变促成质变，等搭多得了，没准就自己琢磨个东西出来。

在店里，只要划了卡，就基本不会有pending后消失的，要不就压根没有pending，要不
就肯定会post。
那种pending后消失的，一般都是网购才会发生吧

多大娃啊。
我觉得玩乐高总好过玩游戏好吧。
况且潜移默化的一些数学思想。
动手协调能力。三维想象能力。平衡概念。
简单的颜色搭配。美学。
当然更多的是角色扮演。。也是算个自己可以杀时间。不来烦大人不是。
就是收拾起来麻烦。。
而且不断有新购买需求。
娃大些。可以搞technic 机器人竞赛啥的。

第一个是Cash Reload Reversal -400，
第二个是Cash Reload +400，
也是有两个reciept，窄的那个客服很疑惑的看了好久，然后就撕掉没有给我，
今天钱也已经在信用卡里面post了
这样的话，不知道是不是很难dispute吧，红鸟可以说你load钱了，有签字又卡号后四
位。
问题就出在，红鸟会自动吃你的钱。
前面有个不就是没有load成功但是也是少了一部分钱 被红鸟吃掉了。

我的不是，啥活动都没有，仿佛根本没有这件事一样。

如果你在红鸟里面没有显示的话，直接dispute 吧。

打电话给客服， 烙印接的， 说是调查， 两天后call我， 一个星期了， 没有人call 我
周一可能再联系一下客服，然后准备dispute信用卡了

你这个情况基本和我一样，
你dispute信用卡也没用吧，你dispute了信用卡只会把红鸟第二笔load进去的钱口走。
所以我的理解是第二笔钱其实是一个成功load。关键问题是第一个Cash Reload
Reversal,不知道是哪里来的

行了吧，人至少把事情说清楚了，你说了一大堆连红鸟上扣钱的原因是什么都没写出来
。你自己看看你发的贴子有多少人搞明白了你想说的了。
如果你是和他一个样，有一个reversal和一笔charge到了你的gc，那跟你第一次fail可
能没什么关系，是load失败了。而你一直在说你去load刷了下卡fail了，也没有
receipts，那大家自然以为你被charge了，这完全是两回事。这个reversal可能跟你没
有receipts那次一点关系都没有。

如果是我的帖子自己没说清楚，其他人都是在问问，我就再解释，说清楚
你直接上来就扣帽子，说是我自己没处理好，是自己的责任，不怪红鸟，
我解释完了，说了点红鸟客服的原话，你说你那是个例，跟别人的不一样，不要上纲上

确实红鸟明说了保护商家的利益，一般的理解难道不是红鸟公开得说相对于消费者我们
更保护商家的利益么？

同遭遇。 2月15号 Load. 信用卡charge， 红鸟先load,后reversal.
一个烙印客服让我等10天，另一个烙印客服让我找信用卡。
现在10天过去了，下星期再问问，我准备找信用卡了。

我没表述清楚的话，我有问题，但是你直接上来就凭猜测，得到结论是因为我找了一个
业务不熟的小二
，判定是我自己的责任
我逻辑的问题也许是有。他们判定我dispute失败是在商家也提供不了证据的情况下，
还是一味地in favor of merchants，是不是过分了，我那个帖子要说的就是这个，我
觉得这点我说的是清楚的。
难道你认为，商家提供不了你购买物品的证据，就说你在他那里买了东西，然后从你卡
里扣钱，信用卡公司调查后还是in favor of merchants，没有问题吗？

大便兄，咱两也别争执，我看出来了，你也是想帮忙的，看的很仔细
现在，大家群策群力，想想办法怎么解决这个问题，或者防止这个出现是关键，
要不现在被黑了钱的气愤，以后大家再充钱的时候也不放心...

dispute with bank 那bank不就知道你用性用卡冲红鸟导钱，胡8不会会最后被关卡。

遇到同样的问题，不过涉案金额较少。
02/25/2015在target用staples reward debit card 冲了30,当时出了2张条
第一张条,"This transaction can't go through right now..."
第2张条,"NEW BAL: N/A"
没收到email说充值成功或者失败。登陆红鸟，没看到有这次充值的任何记录。
登陆到staples reward debit,钱被扣了，5天过去了也没返还,下面是debit card交易记
录

你这个案例 貌似见过最惨的。别人最多是CC 上钱扣了，没充进去。你是红鸟钱被消费
了。
你如果能把那天的步骤和细节说清楚，明白了，会对大家很有帮助。记住，小二要输后
四位数字，一定是要被 charge 的那张卡．

First, as it is $1K at stake, you won't think that broadly.
Second, there is nothing wrong to purchase gift card with credit card. No
credit card granter would prohibit you from doing so. Some (such as AMEX)
may claim you won't get rewards/miles to purchase "cash equivalent". However
, the reality is you will get anyway even if they know what you exactly
purchased.
To sum up, at this moment, don't worry about this. Focus on the solution. If
you feel uncomfortable with purchasing gc with cc or dispute, this MS game
might not be for you.

the money was posted manually in my account today 3/3. Problem solved. Case

Bless. But I notice the major victims were those who made a transaction on 2
/25, Wednesday. You cause might be slightly different (though probably not
much).
BTW, dispute with Chase is pretty easy. Actually the CSR encouraged me to do
so and think I have enough evidence (receipt, redcard activity). But I
declined for now.
From swinder's post, look like the breakthrough happened within Redcard, not
Chase or Target.

load了两笔，卡里都被charge了，都有receipt，但是拿到receipt的时候没细看，回来
发现只有第二笔成功冲上
查receipt，第一笔写了charge 的额度，但是下面red card balance后面是N/A
第二笔正常冲上的就是后面red card balance有正确的显示。
准备拿receipt找red card死磕了。

Update: (still ongoing)
Decide to call today. Firstly, talked to Chase and was told there is a 60
day windows to file a dispute (it is not impossible to file if beyond 60
days. But I was told it is just very hard then). Decide to give AMEX several
days to solve this. I don't want to escalate the issue and catch
unnecessary attention.
Then called AMEX Redcard. Not surprising, the Indian representative has been
aware of similar issue. She recorded my load time and said she wrote an
email and that I shall expect a response within 24-48 hrs. But I have to
call again to receive the update.
Well, I hope they have spent time on other people's cases already so it won'
t take long to handle my case.
Will report again.

don't know where the 1K has gone.
我考虑的途径：
1. 继续等待。
2. dispute transaction with chase
3. 跟红鸟联系(看Flyertalk上说都是一群没什么权限的印度人）
4. 跟local Target联系。但是当时那个managers就试图void，没成功，不知道现在他
们还能做什么。
请问这个版上有跟我一样的，且通过自身努力解决了的吗？我了解有人24或者48小时后
账户就自动更新对了，但我显然不是那群Lucky的。
P.S. 我看到回帖中有人提到出现了load但又被reverse的情况，这个我也在flyertalk
里看到了。不过我明确一下，我的情况不同，红鸟账户上根本就没有任何activity (
neither load nor reverse)，就如同啥事都没发生过一样。但话说回来，估计原因都
是一样，都是他们的烂系统mess up了，还mess的千奇百怪。BTW，我在flyertalk上还
看过幸运的mess up，简单的是有人过了24-48hr就显示对了，有人再次load新钱然后就
显示对了。无论怎样，这些都是happy ending。俺们这个是还在倒霉中。。。

我也遇到的，是26号。本来是一笔850的，小二听错了，输入的800，我用的500gc+
300cc，没问题。后一笔单独50，用的cc，出现balance n/a，但是下面显示load了50，
cc收款50，但是同时出来一张小条子，说这笔交易没成功。因为之前fia load有时候也
被decline，我怀疑也有这种可能。小二让我保存两张条子，有问题去找他。回家查红
鸟，发现一个-50，两个50，fia pending50.目前没发现其他问题

在店里，只要划了卡，就基本不会有pending后消失的，要不就压根没有pending，要不
就肯定会post。
那种pending后消失的，一般都是网购才会发生吧

第一个是Cash Reload Reversal -400，
第二个是Cash Reload +400，
也是有两个reciept，窄的那个客服很疑惑的看了好久，然后就撕掉没有给我，
今天钱也已经在信用卡里面post了
这样的话，不知道是不是很难dispute吧，红鸟可以说你load钱了，有签字又卡号后四
位。
问题就出在，红鸟会自动吃你的钱。
前面有个不就是没有load成功但是也是少了一部分钱 被红鸟吃掉了。

打电话给客服， 烙印接的， 说是调查， 两天后call我， 一个星期了， 没有人call 我

你这个情况基本和我一样，
你dispute信用卡也没用吧，你dispute了信用卡只会把红鸟第二笔load进去的钱口走。
所以我的理解是第二笔钱其实是一个成功load。关键问题是第一个Cash Reload
Reversal,不知道是哪里来的

行了吧，人至少把事情说清楚了，你说了一大堆连红鸟上扣钱的原因是什么都没写出来
。你自己看看你发的贴子有多少人搞明白了你想说的了。
如果你是和他一个样，有一个reversal和一笔charge到了你的gc，那跟你第一次fail可
能没什么关系，是load失败了。而你一直在说你去load刷了下卡fail了，也没有
receipts，那大家自然以为你被charge了，这完全是两回事。这个reversal可能跟你没
有receipts那次一点关系都没有。

同遭遇。 2月15号 Load. 信用卡charge， 红鸟先load,后reversal.
一个烙印客服让我等10天，另一个烙印客服让我找信用卡。
现在10天过去了，下星期再问问，我准备找信用卡了。

我逻辑的问题也许是有。他们判定我dispute失败是在商家也提供不了证据的情况下，
还是一味地in favor of merchants，是不是过分了，我那个帖子要说的就是这个，我
觉得这点我说的是清楚的。
难道你认为，商家提供不了你购买物品的证据，就说你在他那里买了东西，然后从你卡
里扣钱，信用卡公司调查后还是in favor of merchants，没有问题吗？

dispute with bank 那bank不就知道你用性用卡冲红鸟导钱，胡8不会会最后被关卡。

遇到同样的问题，不过涉案金额较少。
02/25/2015在target用staples reward debit card 冲了30,当时出了2张条
第一张条,"This transaction can't go through right now..."
第2张条,"NEW BAL: N/A"
没收到email说充值成功或者失败。登陆红鸟，没看到有这次充值的任何记录。
登陆到staples reward debit,钱被扣了，5天过去了也没返还,下面是debit card交易记

你这个案例 貌似见过最惨的。别人最多是CC 上钱扣了，没充进去。你是红鸟钱被消费
了。
你如果能把那天的步骤和细节说清楚，明白了，会对大家很有帮助。记住，小二要输后
四位数字，一定是要被 charge 的那张卡．

First, as it is $1K at stake, you won't think that broadly.
Second, there is nothing wrong to purchase gift card with credit card. No
credit card granter would prohibit you from doing so. Some (such as AMEX)
may claim you won't get rewards/miles to purchase "cash equivalent". However
, the reality is you will get anyway even if they know what you exactly
purchased.
To sum up, at this moment, don't worry about this. Focus on the solution. If
you feel uncomfortable with purchasing gc with cc or dispute, this MS game
might not be for you.

the same thing happened to me on 2/25 at target. Called redcard on 2/27,
the money was posted manually in my account today 3/3. Problem solved. Case
closed. Hope this helps.

to act this time. I only called last night as I wished everything would go
right without my interference. So it took you a week to get the fund back. I
probably have to wait the same.
BTW, did you hear anything within the waiting week? For example, did you
call them again after 2/7 to get an update? What did they say? Want to make
sure my case is on track. (though they didn't give me any case or reference
number yesterday)

Bless. But I notice the major victims were those who made a transaction on 2
/25, Wednesday. You cause might be slightly different (though probably not
much).
BTW, dispute with Chase is pretty easy. Actually the CSR encouraged me to do
so and think I have enough evidence (receipt, redcard activity). But I
declined for now.
From swinder's post, look like the breakthrough happened within Redcard, not
Chase or Target.

details but was declined. Instead, told the csr wrote an email and I have to
call in 24-48hr to get an update on that email.
BTW, if you don't mind, could you elaborate your communication with them. So
people can follow correctly to solve the mess.

发现只有第二笔成功冲上
查receipt，第一笔写了charge 的额度，但是下面red card balance后面是N/A
第二笔正常冲上的就是后面red card balance有正确的显示。
准备拿receipt找red card死磕了。

我Feb 15 Load, Feb 18 Report
让我等10天，10天后有让等3-7天， 7天后说missing fund issuing in 3 business
days. 3 天后还是什么都没有， 打电话，这次是老美接的，一查，啥dispute 都没有
，空有个case #.老美说我给你file dispute and transfer to dispute dept.
dispute dept 接电话的又是烙印，他说知道了，你等2天会收到 电邮的dispute form.
又是2天过去了，现在连个dispute form我都没收到。
真正体会到满嘴说谎的烙印，都说得好听，故事大王。我信用卡要due 了，直接
dispute 了。 后悔傻等这么久！！

500。剩下的$500还无影无踪中。我从来就没说过我load的是$500，奇怪他们怎么会搞

Dream. I reserve the right to cc dispute. Just want to do it in a
sustainable way rather than escalating. I am confident they will eventually
do it right (since they can do "half right" as of now), but the waiting is
killing people.
P.S. I offered several times to fax my receipts and other documents to them
but kept being declined. Not sure how the system works. Really messy.

很羡慕你比较顺利。我每次打电话都提到发给他们receipt copy，全被decline了（不
止一次），我是没想起给他们receipt #，因为根本没想到。
Anyway，在等待一个月左右后，我走了另一个极端，dispute credit card了，我也不
想这样，但是他们的investigation只看到了$500，而我miss的是$1000。

dispute信用卡应该也没啥不良影响，我第一天打电话红鸟烙印就让我快点dispute，我
第三天就dispute了，不过信用卡公司处理也很慢，到现在也没个结果。

看版上，一般红鸟如果能找到 missing fund，都能10天内解读问题。
如果超过10天都没refund，我觉得红鸟自己也不知道钱到底在哪里。他查不出来了。
红鸟就拖到你没办法，只能去 dispute cc.
