我是国内的phd，所以证书都是中文的。怎样才能证明学历呢？公证一下？
CIS 的信里又说：
If the beneficiary completed his education outside the United States, in
addition to the beneficiary's official academic record, please submit a
detailed advisory evaluation of the beneficiary's credentials.
有人有类似经验分享一下吗？

不过我自己一直提交的是当时从国内学校毕业研究生院给办的校内翻译公证，貌似从
H1b到140都从来没有被质疑过公信力
