at least NSC has a processing frame as 4 mths so you can do SR after 4 mths
But TSC has a date in Dec 2011 now...

so right now we see more TSC early green cases, which might be traced to a
larger pool of filing to TSC. Which center is really faster should wait for
a couple of months as then we'll have equal pool for TSC and NSC...
