如果我自己已经付钱给我医生或者医院，要从HSA里面报销的时候好像是给自己写个支

United States (我没看明白这个)
律师的建议: 1. prepare a career statement and a letter from supervisor. (Are
there any template to read on this? don't have any experience on writing of
career statement)
2. information about the average citation record in your field. (Already got
the ESI document, any more?)
3. citation analysis to show your work is one of the most highly cited
papers on a given topic.(can't access ESI in my school, how can do this?)
4. find specific example to demonstrate how your work has significantly
impacted the field and how your results have been adopted or used throughout
the research community.(from the begging, this is my trouble. Didn't find
such an example. Any suggests?)
5. any requests for your work from others. (Got six emails.)

个人感觉你这个RFE不是在original上，而是贡献的significance上——这个也是很多

你要吹贡献多大，自己有多top。实际上就是深入地讲你的工作的影响和意义。光是
originality，很多journal的自我介绍里就说明了它们发表的是original work。
建议，深挖引用（尤其是引文中展开描述以及被综述性文章引用），深挖应用（如果有
工业应用的话），找人再吹捧，说你的文章对他们后面的工作的重要性。

hsa不用recept也能withdraw的，自己留着receipt，防止被irs要求证据
