今天被International Office要绿卡复印件，说要帮我更新并取消我的H1b.
我就顺便问了个大家讨论已久，还没定论的东西：我问拿到绿卡后，我还要在这呆够6
个月么，还是我现在就可以走了。 international office的头（以前是律师），是这
么回答我的：
Thank you for sending your card. The key is that both you and the employer
who sponsored your green card case must have the intent for a long-term
employment relationship at the time the I-140 petition and the I-485
adjustment application were filed. There are no specific rules saying you
must stay with the petitioning employer for a specific period of time after
the green card is granted.

只要在婚期有＂苟合＂的愿望perspective即可. 婚期两年后，你们闹翻了，那是你们
的事，不干我们USCIS（我们现成的case还忙不过来呢）
据我所知，很多人很老实很猥琐地呆满了180天

Don't mislead others.
You must got a PR through EB-1B, which is totally different from other types
such as NIW, EB-1A.

genegun就是发这个帖子说明EB-1B也不需要绿卡之后跟雇主呆够180天
所以不是误导别人，我们都知道EB1A和NIW不需要考虑180天

雇佣意向关键还是看着点 at the time the I-140 petition and I-485 adjustment a
pplication were filed
而不是看 at the time green card was approved
我的理解是否正确？

可是如果大家那到绿卡马上专行，在新行业也就没有extraordinary ability了啊，哈哈
