this is written down in black and white...not much opportunity to make it..
Even your boss agree to change the title at the postdoc level from fellow to
senior or Associate..no big difference at the HR desk.
Most school only sponsor the EB-1B for faculty level in past 5-6 years.
Before that, there might have some employer willing to sponsor postdoc
researcher for EB-1B after changing the job title.
SO, go try the EB-1A if good enough..
