我觉得应该是给律师，有一个I797的receipt notice。
可以电话问uscis。

The receipt should be sent to the lawyer, or you may ask the international
office, the original receipt should be mailed to them.

问了公司和律师，都没收到，支票是3周前兑的。我的是邮寄过去，律师说可能在
transfer,有这么久的么？

我的支票是通过律师写的，如果是这样的话就说明材料没丢，我就等着就行了。怕材料
丢了跟移民局的这些人没理讲，还得重来
有人知道怎么办么

They cashed the check meaning that they already received your documents, so
no worries about that. I think you may ask your lawyer to contact uscis
confirming that your receipt notice wasn't lost. Or, you may call the uscis
yourself?

我律师说没有case number 没法打电话给移民局，有人知道怎么打这种电话么？
